Purpose of this website
This website describes BillMerit, an early-stage pre-invoice readiness software product under development. Product screens and figures shown here are fictional examples, not verified customer results or promises of recovered revenue.
Product availability
The full billing audit software is not publicly hosted yet. The customer sign-in link leads to a pilot-access notice; a public account or self-service subscription cannot be created from these pages.
Free-audit requests
A free billing audit is an invitation to discuss whether a small pilot is feasible, not an unconditional guarantee of service. We will agree the scope, data-sharing method and customer requirements before receiving any real records. Do not send private work-order exports, portal credentials or card details by unsolicited email.
No payment or invoice guarantees
The website does not collect subscription charges or issue invoices. BillMerit is designed to flag apparent billing-readiness issues, but does not replace customer-specific contract review and does not guarantee a customer will accept or pay an invoice.
Information and permitted use
The content is provided for general informational purposes and may change while the product is being developed. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or treat demonstration content as real financial data.
Future service agreement
Separate commercial service terms, privacy disclosures and onboarding arrangements must be provided and agreed before opening a paid or confidential customer workspace. These website terms alone do not establish a SaaS subscription contract.
